Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Longevi. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across Australia.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders Australia-wide.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

We also offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over AUD $100.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@longevi.com.au.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.
Longevi is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@longevi.com.au with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the damage.

We will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Order Delays

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, courier delays, or high-volume periods can cause delivery delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
